Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 small yellow squash (1/4-inch thick slices; may use zucchini)
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 slices white bread, crumbled (crusts removed)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook onion, squash and water, covered tightly, on Full power for 7 minutes.
  2. Drain.
