Tips & Substitutions

For a nut-free version, you can substitute sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds. Ensure the butter is fully melted to help the nuts coat evenly. You can also use maple syrup or honey instead of sugar for a different flavor profile. Adjust the cinnamon according to your taste preference, or omit it entirely for a milder taste.

Serving Suggestions

These crunchy nuts make a delightful snack on their own or can be used as a topping for yogurt or salads. They pair beautifully with a bowl of fresh fruit or can be enjoyed alongside a charcuterie board. For a unique touch, try serving them with the Lo-Carb-Cal Mousse for a delicious dessert combination.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. If you prefer to keep them longer, refrigerating will extend their freshness for two weeks. To reheat, spread the nuts on a baking sheet and warm them in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 5-10 minutes, just until they are crisp again.
