Ingredients

  • any type of fresh or frozen vegetables
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and prepare fresh vegetables as needed.
  2. Use frozen vegetables directly from the bag.
  3. Place the vegetables in a microwavable cooking bowl.
  4. Lightly salt and pepper the vegetables, then sprinkle with water.
  5. Cover and microwave in 4-minute intervals.
  6. After each interval, stir the vegetables and check if they are drying out.
  7. If necessary, sprinkle with more water.
  8. Cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
