A quick and healthy vegetable medley featuring cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli, perfectly microwaved with butter or margarine for a delicious side dish suitable for any meal.

Instructions
- Place the cauliflower head in the center of an oval microwavable platter.
- Arrange the broccoli florets and sliced carrots around the cauliflower nicely.
- Put 4 teaspoons of margarine or butter on top of the vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and poke 2 holes in the top.
- Microwave on High for 17 to 19 minutes.
