Ingredients

  • 1 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Mix meal, eggs, oil and corn.
  3. Fold in sour cream and mix well.
  4. Pour into a greased skillet and bake until golden brown.
  5. (Cook for about 30 minutes.) Serves eight.
