Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese.
  2. Mix all ingredients well and roll into ball.
  3. After ball gets firm (refrigerate), then roll in chopped nuts.
  4. Serve with crackers.
