- Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add the prepared jello and blend well.
- Fold in stiffly whipped Milnot.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together.
- Press two-thirds of the crumb mixture onto the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
- Pour in the filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
- Cut into squares and serve plain or garnished with fruit.
- Chill several hours or overnight before serving.
