Ingredients

  • 3 oz. lemon jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 13 oz. whipped Milnot
  • 3 c. graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water.
  2. Chill until slightly thickened.
  3. Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
  4. Add the prepared jello and blend well.
  5. Fold in stiffly whipped Milnot.
  6. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together.
  7. Press two-thirds of the crumb mixture onto the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  8. Pour in the filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
  9. Cut into squares and serve plain or garnished with fruit.
  10. Chill several hours or overnight before serving.
