Ingredients

  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in pieces
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken and dry thoroughly.
  2. Mix all ingredients and dip chicken in batter.
  3. Heat oil (3 to 4-inches) to 375° in pan.
  4. Fry until golden brown.
