Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 package Jell-O Mandarin orange (8 servings)
  • 1 cup Mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups cold Club soda

Instructions

  1. Stir boiling water into the Jell-O in a large bowl and mix for at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in the cold club soda and refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours until thick enough to leave a definite impression when a spoon is dragged through.
  3. Stir in the drained mandarin orange segments and sliced strawberries.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 6-cup Jell-O mold sprayed with nonstick spray.
  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours until set.
