- Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and egg yolks together until smooth.
- Cut the crusts from the bread loaves and roll the slices thin.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each bread slice.
- Roll up each bread slice with the filling inside.
- Dip each roll in melted oleo (butter), then roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Place the coated rolls on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven and cut each roll in half.
- Serve plain or with sour cream. Can be frozen for later use.
