Mini Cherry Topped Cheesecakes

Instructions
- Preheat
- oven
- to 300°.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press equal portions into 18 paper-lined muffin cups.
- In a large bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Add eggs
- and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Spoon into prepared cups.
- Bake 20 minutes. Cool;
- then chill for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
- Makes 18.
