Mini Cherry Topped Cheesecakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat
  2. oven
  3. to 300°.
  4. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press equal portions into 18 paper-lined muffin cups.
  5. In a large bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  6. Add eggs
  7. and vanilla.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Spoon into prepared cups.
  10. Bake 20 minutes. Cool;
  11. then chill for 10 to 20 minutes.
  12. Top with cherry pie filling.
  13. Makes 18.
