Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. loose brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix with fork.
  4. Grease mini size muffin pans.
  5. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  6. Makes 24 mini muffins.
