Ingredients

  • 4 None multi-grain English muffins, halved
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 8 None jarred artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place muffin halves on prepared pan. Spread with pizza sauce. Top evenly with pepperoni, artichokes and olives. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake 10-12 mins, until golden and crisp.
