Mint Berry Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 oz strawberries, hulled, halved
  • 6 oz raspberries
  • 6 oz blueberries
  • 2/3 cup grenadine
  • 4 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped, plus extra sprigs to garnish
  • None None heavy cream or creme fraiche, to serve (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine berries in a serving dish. Add grenadine and mint and toss to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2-3 hours, to macerate, stirring occasionally.
  2. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and serve with cream or creme fraiche, if desired.
