Instructions
- Add boiling water and lemon juice to the mint leaves and let stand for 1 hour.
- Add sugar to the mint infusion and bring to boiling point.
- Strain the mixture to remove mint leaves.
- Add Certo and green color to achieve a delicate green hue.
- Bring the mixture back to boiling point and boil hard for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and pour into jelly glasses.
