Ingredients

  • 1 lb dried prunes
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon mint extract

Instructions

  1. In a hot pot, combine prunes, water to cover, vinegar, and cinnamon.
  2. Bring to a low boil.
  3. Cook until prunes are tender. Remove from heat.
  4. Add mint extract.
  5. Cover; let stand 12 hours. Chill in refrigerator.
