Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups dark chocolate wafers
  • 2 cups green chocolate wafers
  • peppermint oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate wafers in a double boiler over hot water, adding 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to each pot of dark chocolate.
  2. Melt the green chocolate wafers in a separate double boiler, adding a few drops of peppermint oil.
  3. Thinly spread half of the dark chocolate on waxed paper on a cookie sheet and let it firm up.
  4. Spread the green chocolate evenly over the firm dark chocolate layer and wait until it is almost firm.
  5. Spread the remaining dark chocolate over the green layer and let the candy harden completely.
  6. Cut the hardened candy into pieces using a sharp knife dipped in hot water or break into irregular pieces.
