Instructions
- Wash and hull berries.
- Crush berries lightly with a fork. Place in a saucepan; stir in brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and cloves.
- Add Sauterne; bring to a boil.
- Add chopped mint; simmer 2 or 3 minutes.
