Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine the coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased cookie sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Remove from the oven immediately to prevent sticking.
