Ingredients

  • 5 lb. chicken thighs
  • 1 c. miso
  • 1 c. shoyu
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. beer

Instructions

  1. Debone and flatten the chicken thighs.
  2. Mix miso, sugar, shoyu, and beer to create the marinade.
  3. Marinate the chicken in the mixture overnight.
  4. Broil the chicken over charcoal, basting occasionally.
  5. Alternatively, bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes, turning the chicken over halfway through.
