Instructions
- Cook the chickens with bay leaf, onion, salt, and pepper in water until tender.
- Cool the cooked chickens and debone, keeping the liquid.
- Add the deboned chicken, one can of mushroom soup, and 1/2 cup stuffed olives to the broth; cook all together.
- Thicken the mixture as desired.
- Layer the ingredients in a serving dish, placing some of each on top of each other.
- Serve with chow mein noodles, cooked rice, chicken and gravy, peas, chopped onions, sliced celery, grated sharp Cheddar cheese, pineapple tidbits, slivered almonds, shredded coconut, and cherry or quartered tomatoes.
