Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries or frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh peaches or frozen unsweetened peaches
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 bottles chilled champagne

Instructions

  1. Puree the strawberries and peaches, then mix in the sugar.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Spoon the chilled fruit mixture into a punch bowl.
  4. Pour chilled champagne over the fruit mixture.
  5. Optional: place an ice ring in the bowl if desired.
  6. Float strawberries on top before serving.
