Mixed Cabbage Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 med. green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/2 med. red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 4 lg. carrots, peeled and grated
  • 6 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/4 c. minced pimientos
  • 1 c. prepared cole slaw dressing
  • Dash warm pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, onions, green pepper and pimientos in large bowl.
  2. Add in dash warm pepper sauce to dressing.
  3. Pour dressing mix over vegetables and toss thoroughly to coat.
  4. Yield: 6-8 servings.
