Mixed Hamburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Mix hamburger, egg, onion, salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into patties.
  3. Fry until done, then pour can of mushroom soup and milk equal to can over top of hamburgers.
  4. Put lid over top and simmer for 10 minutes or so.
