Ingredients

  • 9 oz strawberries, washed, hulled, sliced into rounds
  • 1 None mango, peeled, pitted, sliced
  • 1 None avocado, pitted, peeled, sliced
  • 7 oz mixed greens
  • -1 None Dressing
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries, mango, avocado and mixed greens. Whisk together orange juice, orange zest, olive oil and vinegar. Drizzle over salad and toss to combine. Season.
