Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2/3 c. vodka
  • 1/3 c. coffee liqueur
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. coffee liqueur

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan, shaking out excess.
  3. Combine the white cake mix, chocolate pudding mix, eggs, oil, vodka, coffee liqueur, water, and additional coffee liqueur in a large bowl and beat thoroughly.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean, about 50 to 60 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
