Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. cream
  • 3 Tbsp. strong hot coffee
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the strong hot coffee until boiling.
  2. Add the hot coffee to the butter and cream in a mixing bowl and mix until thoroughly blended.
  3. Add vanilla extract and salt to the mixture.
  4. Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa together and gradually blend into the coffee mixture until the desired spreading consistency is achieved.
