Mock Apple Slices

- Peel and seed zucchini; slice thin.
- Cook zucchini in lemon juice until tender.
- Add 1 1/4 cups sugar, nutmeg and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Simmer a few minutes.
- Combine flour, salt, 2 cups sugar and margarine as for pie crust.
- Use 1/2 cup of crumb mixture to thicken zucchini.
- Cool.
