Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. fat-free fajita shells
  • 2 lb. ground round
  • 1 pkg. El Paso taco seasoning
  • 1 can El Paso green chilies
  • 1 pkg. fat-free pizza cheese
  • 1 can El Paso fat-free refried beans
  • Breakstone fat-free sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground round and season with taco seasoning.
  2. Lay a fajita shell on the counter.
  3. Spread refried beans on the shell; top with green chilies.
  4. Add the seasoned beef; sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Roll up the shell and place on a baking sheet with the ends down.
  6. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 325°F or until edges turn brown.
  7. Serve with Mexican rice, chopped lettuce, and tomatoes.
  8. Garnish with fat-free sour cream.
