Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. lemon juice (use fresh lemons)
  • 1/2 c. low salt soy sauce
  • 1 clove minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Mix and pour over romaine or your favorite lettuce.
  2. Add croutons and shredded Parmesan cheese.
