Ingredients

  • 2 lb. round steak
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can water

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into serving pieces and place in a greased pan or casserole dish.
  2. Combine the mushroom soup and water, then pour over the meat.
  3. Sprinkle the soup mix over the top.
  4. Cover the dish.
  5. Bake at 300°F for 2 to 3 hours or use a crock-pot.
  6. Even tough meat turns out very tender.
