Ingredients

  • 1/2 cabbage, chopped
  • 5 green onions
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
  • 1 package Ramen noodles, crushed
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup salad oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all salad ingredients except the noodles in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the white vinegar and salad oil to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Just before serving, add the crushed ramen noodles and toss again.
