Ingredients

  • 5 cups sliced green tomatoes
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 small or 1 large package jello (desired flavor)

Instructions

  1. Blend the green tomatoes to a pulp consistency.
  2. Do not drain the blended tomatoes.
  3. In a large pan, bring the mixture to a rolling boil.
  4. Add the sugar and boil for 15 minutes, stirring almost constantly.
  5. Remove the pan from heat.
  6. Add the jello and stir until well mixed.
  7. Pour the mixture into jars and seal.
