Ingredients

  • 5 c. rhubarb, cut up
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large or 2 small pkg. strawberry jello

Instructions

  1. Boil the rhubarb, sugar, and crushed pineapple together for 20 minutes.
  2. Add the strawberry jello to the cooked mixture and stir until dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into sterile jars and seal.
