Ingredients

  • 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler fryer, cut up
  • 1/2 cup cholesterol free mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
  2. Place bread crumbs in a large plastic food bag.
  3. Add chicken, one piece at a time.
  4. Shake and coat well.
  5. Arrange coated chicken on a rack in a broiler pan.
  6. Bake in a 425°F oven for about 40 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
