Instructions
- Combine pineapple, sugar, and flour.
- Cook the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Dissolve the Jell‑O gelatin in 1/2 cup of boiling water and add to the pineapple mixture.
- Let the mixture cool.
- Add the cherries, pecans, bananas, and coconut to the cooled mixture.
- Fill baked pie shells with the mixture.
- Refrigerate to set for about 1 hour.
- Serve topped with Cool Whip.
