Molded Banana Split Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry-orange jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • 2 medium bananas, chopped
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  2. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together 1/2 cup jello and reserved juice.
  4. Pour into bottom of 5 cup mold.
  5. Chill until almost set.
