Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. Dream Whip
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lime jello in boiling water.
  2. Chill until the mixture begins to thicken and is firm to touch (about 1 to 1 1/2 hours).
  3. Whip the jello until fluffy.
  4. Fold in the crushed pineapple, grated Cheddar cheese, and Dream Whip.
  5. Pour into a mold or baking dish and chill until set.
