Instructions
- Split bread in half lengthwise (use both halves).
- Spread with a thin layer of margarine.
- Spread with a layer of refried beans. If desired, place thin slices of ham or spread the Mexican sausage over the beans.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Broil or bake on high heat until cheese is melted.
- Cut into individual pieces and serve with salsa (hot sauce).
