- Cut the buttermilk biscuits into quarters.
- Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a large bag.
- Shake the biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated.
- Grease a Bundt pan and toss the coated biscuit pieces into it.
- Melt the butter and add the remaining 1 cup sugar to it.
- Pour the melted butter mixture over the biscuit pieces in the pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
- Let cool for 15 minutes, then turn the pan upside down onto a plate and pick off pieces with fingers.
