Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, sliced
  • margarine
  • 4 onions, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano
  • parsley flakes
  • paprika
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish with margarine.
  2. Layer sliced potatoes across the bottom of the prepared casserole.
  3. Add an alternating layer of sliced onions and mushroom slices over the potatoes.
  4. Pour the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the layered vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle oregano, parsley flakes, and paprika over the top.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Top with bear meat slices.
  8. Cover the casserole and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
