Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 tsp ground garlic
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1.5 lbs sliced zucchini
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Place chopped tomatoes, sliced zucchini, onion, ground garlic, salt, and pepper in a saucepan and cook until tender.
  3. Pour the cooked mixture into a casserole pan.
  4. Mix the browned ground meat into the casserole mixture and stir well.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
