Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 heaping tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 medium-sized apples

Instructions

  1. Make the pie crust.
  2. Mix flour and sugar.
  3. Add sour cream and stir until smooth.
  4. Gradually add milk while stirring.
  5. Peel and quarter the apples.
  6. Place the apples in the unbaked pie crust.
  7. Pour the prepared liquid mixture over the apples.
  8. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  9. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
