Ingredients

  • 2 medium cabbage
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 large carrots
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage.
  2. Peel and shred the carrots.
  3. Chop the green onions.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, sour cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Toss all ingredients together and serve.
