Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. onions
  • 8 oz. pkg. noodles
  • 12 oz. creamed corn
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Fry onion with meat just to take the redness out of the meat. (It will finish cooking when entire casserole is baked.)
  2. Boil noodles until almost done.
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
