Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups Cool Whip
  • 2 cups fruit (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip on medium speed of the mixer until blended.
  2. Add vanilla and powdered sugar, then blend until creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the fruit by hand.
  4. Pour the mixture into a graham cracker crust.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
