  • 8 squash
  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Peel the squash and cut into 1/4 inch slices.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip the squash slices into the egg mixture, then coat with cornmeal.
  4. Fry the coated squash at 350°F (175°C) for about 6 minutes until golden brown.
