Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large can corn, drained
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Break up the ground beef and cook until browned; drain off excess fat.
  3. Season the cooked beef with garlic powder and onion powder.
  4. Layer the cooked beef at the bottom of a casserole dish.
  5. Spread drained corn evenly over the beef.
  6. Pour tomato soup over the corn layer.
  7. Spread mashed potatoes on top of the tomato soup layer.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until heated through and slightly browned.
