Ingredients

  • lean venison or beef
  • 1/4 cup liquid hickory smoke
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Cut meat into strips approximately 1/2 x 1-inch and any length.
  2. Trim all fat off.
  3. Hammer with a meat hammer, turn over strips, and hammer again.
  4. If you don't have a meat hammer, jag the meat with a fork.
