Garlic-infused monkey bread features soft, flaky bread pieces coated in buttery garlic, perfect for sharing at buffets or casual gatherings with bold flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (2 loaves) frozen bread
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Thaw the bread dough.
  2. Break the dough into 2 to 3-inch pieces.
  3. Melt the butter and add garlic.
  4. Dip the bread pieces into the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Drop the coated bread pieces into a greased angel food cake pan or Bundt pan.
  6. Pour the remaining garlic butter over the top of the bread pieces.
  7. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  9. Invert the pan onto a serving dish to remove the monkey bread.
  10. Serve hot.
